Consignment Claim

We apologize for the issue that occurred with your delivery.

To allow us to review your claim as quickly as possible, please use this form for our approval process. Please understand that returns can only be made after approval by BPW AMG.

Please note that for quantity-related claims, there is a reporting period of 14 days following delivery of the goods.
Please report any transport damage to the driver immediately and be sure to note any issues on the CMR form upon receipt; otherwise, we cannot accept the claim.

Following your submission, you will receive a confirmation and claim number via email, which you must include with the shipment.

We will arrange the return or pickup for you.
